My experience at Darcy Bain Dakota location has been great. I started seeing physiotherapist, Chelsea Zhu a few months ago, as part of my rehab following a serious knee injury. While I wait for surgery, Chelsea has taught me about my injury and methods of pain management. She taught me how to perform a number of exercises and stretches that will help maintain my range of motion, while preventing loss of use. All exercises can be done independently at home. She has late appointments which work best for me bc I am dependent on family to get me there after work. Very convenient location.
this is the best place to go. I've been helped with two separate injuries. Chelsea zhu was a fantastic physiotherapist!
