We contacted Rashad impromptu to expand one of the rooms in our basement , and he was able to deliver within the tight deadline. He did an excellent job, and thoroughly cleaned the work area after the job. I highly recommend him.
We recently had renovations done on our sunporch roof & floor by Commonwealth Renovations. We are very pleased with the finished job & found Rashard very professional & knowledgeable about the work that had to be done. He oversaw all the work that was done and made sure that his team did it properly. His team was very friendly, respectful and hard working.
Unexpected issues came up with the job & Rashard was very honest & transparent about discussing various options to solve the problem. He left the final decision up to us. The job was done in good time & at a reasonable cost.
