Just had the hot water tank replaced by Jorden of City Wide and he was so pleasant, helpful, & conscientious. Cleaned up, replaced, explained any questions I had! Kudos to Jorden. Thank you Sir!!

Jordan was our installer and he was great to deal with. We coveted from Gas to Electric. The electrical team who had to do the work ahead of the new tank were great to deal with too!

City Wide was able to replace my tank quickly and for a competitive price. The service technician Ferdy was great, friendly and professional. I did encounter an issue with the electrical co that they sent out to do the electrical hookup. But I contacted the Service Manager Joe who quickly resolved the issue. Amazing service provided by Joe!
