City Wide Water Heater Service is awesome! Bev, who booked the service call, was polite and informative. She explained exactly what would happen for the appointment (cost, process, etc). Ferdinand, who serviced our water heater, went above and beyond! He inspected everything (even the furnace and duct work) to make sure he could give the best advice possible. He taught me a lot about my water heater and, even though we didn't need to fix anything right now, he explained what I could expect in the future and how all the systems run together (gas fireplace, chimney, furnace and air-con). Now if my furnace goes, I'll know exactly what to expect in terms of city codes, duct work, and types of water heaters.
