Very happy with the service. Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and suggested which other services he felt were necessary and helpful (dryer vent and HRV cleaning). I would definitely recommend his service.

We chose to hire Certa Vac Home Services for duct cleaning. Showed up 45 minutes late with no call or notification whatsoever. Then I realized we didn't get a phone call to confirm the appointment. But it was actually not a big deal though since we would just be home all day anyway. 2 men arrived and they were very professional. Got the job done within an hour. My fiancé and I were quite impressed as the last time we hired a different company and it took almost 3 hours to get our ducts cleaned. We also were not pressured to add any upgrades. Will definitely hire Certa Vac again next year!
