After spending 24 hours in a state of uber anxiety due to my work laptop not charging during an incredibly busy work season, I all but ran into CDC on the verge of tears. Of COURSE it turned out to be an incredibly easy fix and I walked out two minutes later with a functioning device. The employee (didn’t catch his name) was so gracious with explaining what the issue was, even though I’m certain I could have won “most clueless and overdramatic customer” award. 100% would recommend this place for any tech issues or just for a reminder that smart and kind humans exist.
Theses guys are Always there to help . Always friendly and know their stuff , lots of neat items at this store . And the repair service is Awesome , they are quick to fix your computer or other devices . Need the answer to your question go check them out
I had called the store earlier in the day to ask how much it would be to repair a fan in my older desktop. I was given an estimate over the phone, went in person to find that my estimate was not correct. After some discussion, they agreed to honour the price point. They completed their work, put in a newer (and larger) fan, while doing so within the agreed price point. Will go back if more help is needed!
