I had a consultation with Trevor and I had informed him that I needed 8 windows. He was very knowledgeable with his product, and helped me to understand the differences between, what I thought I wanted, and what was actually needed. Trevor helped me pick out my windows. And he said they would be installed within 6-8 weeks. That 6-8 made me flip flop on my choices many many times. After all; once they are installed I have bought them. Then the day came when my windows were here. Adnan was the first to show up, he introduced himself to me and explained everything that was going to happen and that the windows would be here in a bit. I decided to not really look at the windows until they were all installed. I did see my windows in the truck but really couldn’t see the details. I was also introduced to Peter and Serhii, They all were here at 9 am and had left by 2 pm. They were amazing to watch. They allowed me to take pictures and video (as I am doing my first home renovations and I want the stages of work being done). I watched as they had 2 problems that they solved very quickly and actually one of the situations, the fixed. Watching Adnan, Peter and Serhii, I felt they knew exactly what they were doing, and even with the problem they dealt with it efficiently. It did not seem to be a problem for any of them. I am so impressed with my windows, the details are something you can not buy in a store. I have had a lot of compliments on my windows. I never really realized that people actually do notice windows. I can’t wait for winter and saving on my heating bill. The worst part of all of this is; I have no more windows to have put in, to have Adnan, Peter and Serhii back again. They know what they are doing.
