My window got smashed out while I was out of town, walked in to get it covered until I could get a new window to install myself. The guys at Boyd happily covered my window right away free of charge. Customer service is un-matched in my opinion.

Good customer service is few and far between the last few years but these guys are an exception. Great service, constant updates throughout the process, and was the quickest I have ever had my vehicle in and out with great work. My car came back looking new from body work to a fresh detail. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We were side swiped, hit and run, during our vacation in BC and our driver door and driver side passenger were smashed. Manager Michael, J. And crew at Boyd on Nairn went above and beyond to ensure our truck was fixed to our satisfaction. They did a spot-on paint job and you would not even know that the two doors have been replaced. Before leaving, I did inspect the work done thoroughly. I am incredibly particular and noticed there was a small piece of rubber missing between the interior door and window which I brought to the Michael’s attention.
