Blinds Are Beautiful

We stopped in at this Blinds are Beautiful location on Lorimer after shopping around Winnipeg for vertical blinds for a few weeks. By this time, we had looked at 4 other businesses that sell blinds and had some in home consultations and had not found the right place with the right product and the best price until we visited here.

The salesperson Taylor was very friendly and helpful in store and during the in-home consultation.

I had many specific questions about the  construction and materials of the Hunter Douglas blinds and mounting hardware.

She went to great lengths to answer all my questions and had the best prices compared to others.

Excellent after-market support. I installed their shutters in my basement. I wasn't happy with how it turned out, and after waiting 4 years, I finally complained to these guys about it. (The problem was mostly because I didn't know how to install it myself.) Within a couple of weeks, they had put in a brand new set of shutters for me, at no cost. And the result is wonderful.So there you go - even after 4 years, these guys will not forget you.

I stopped by the store in December as I was trying to match the colour of the handles on our Hunter Douglas blinds. Barbara spent a lot of time with me looking at samples to find the right match. We previously worked with Blinds & Beautiful a few years back when we got new blinds installed in our house. That time our sales consultant was Debby. Both times the customer service we received was top notch. We are currently renovating our master bedroom and will be replacing the blinds in our bedroom when the renovation is complete. I will definitely be contacting Barbara when we’re ready for our new blinds.
