“The repairman, Roma, (not sure if I spelled his name correctly) did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. The part was obtained within a day and fixed promptly. He checked everything to make sure it was working properly. No leaking etc. CA Appliance called when the repairman was held up at a job and running late. Very impressed with their customer service. If you are looking for a repair company I would definitely recommend them.“

We try to get a suitable company that can look into the dryer vent for us and we search across Airway dryer vent and duct services. We contacted him and booked an appointment a few days after phone call. Yonas is very professional and he is on time. He performed a dryer vent cleaning as well as replaced our vent pipe as, he recommended it was very old and was to be a fire hazard. “I wish I could give this company a higher rating that 5*s.Our dryer stopped producing heat on Monday, April 15th. Most service companies could not even start the process with me until April 26th. We are in the middle of University finals for a number of kids at home and the dryer not working was terrible timing.I was lucky enough to get the suggestion to call RF Appliance, that was my first lucky break. The next was the receptionist Emily who actually answered the phone at RF Appliance (seems to be a growing trend these days of people not answering the phone as though my wanting their business was an inconvenience :-). She answered very quickly and kindly and was super sweet and actually listened to me like I was a human being and my problem mattered to her. She was able to give me an appointment the very next day between 10a.m. and 2 p.m. And wouldn't you know it, the technician showed up shortly after 10am and had diagnosed the issue swiftly. They ordered the parts and by Wednesday, and I was given an appointment Friday morning. Again, the technician came shortly after 10a.m. (this time I was the one to let him in) and the dryer was fixed and tested within 20 mins. I was impressed with Reed as he worked. He took great care of his tools, our dryer unit and the environment he worked in, trust me when I say this is high praise. It may be corny to say, but every time I looked over as he worked, it was like like watching professional athlete. I was mesmerized as his motions were so perfect and efficient and effective. It was clear he cared about his work. My faith in businesses was restored as I am seeing a lot of shoddy work these days. I called the company to thank them and to gush about their superstar employee and was happy to hear that this was the owner's son. This company is in great hands. I recommend them whole heartedly.“
