“Furnace stopped all of a sudden and I woke up to a freezing home in sub-zero temperatures. I called Scott at 8AM and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments by 1030AM. The troubleshooted the issue, found the problem which I would have never thought of, and even came back a couple days later to finish a small repair that needed to be done outside.
