Big shout for Dr Janz. He was very informative throughout the process. We never had to wait for the doctor. He was above and beyond during our time at the hospital as well.
In addition, the supporting team is great. The only drawback is that the doctors are always booked off and have to wait a month to see them.
Family Medicine should be approached like this in every province. Being from Toronto, than living in Calgary for a while and now living here, I can say that this is the way it’s done.
So efficient, friendly and organized. I’ve never had an issue with getting documentation or them losing stuff. Plus they’ve got a Dynnacare Lab right in the main hallway, which makes complete sense, but it’s not the norm.
My son and I both had appointments with Dr. Dissanayake today and it was an incredible experience. We have been patients of the clinic for a few years and I have met some great doctors, although none were as kind, patient and thorough as Dr Dissanayake. I really hope he stays at the clinic (previous Dr’s we’ve loved have unfortunately left), I very much look forward to seeing him again.
