** ** ********** he *********** *** ********* *** has taken about 2.5 months longer then estimated, and I still don't have a repaired functioning vehicle returned to me. They have consistently made excuses as to why it's taking so long to repair, that's taking into consideration an injury that prolonged the job a bit, and being considerate of time for healing. However, having a heated shop and last informed that my vehicle is being pulled in to thaw out, my vehicle should have been priority and never taken out of the shop considering the amount of time it's been there. My vehicle was in for a transmission rebuild, ** * ***** ****** ** ***** ***** ********** ********* ** ******* *** if they were unfamiliar with the job they were taking on they should've been honest and say I don't have a lot of experience, but I'll be able to figure it out, ****** ***** ****** ********* *** ** ****** ** ******* *** ******** ******* ** *** ******** ** ******** ********** ** **** ****** ****** **** **********
