My Dad needed to have an emergency car repair. John came through in a clutch and gave the exact details of what needed to be done, including showing my Dad the parts that were replaced and the damage. John is very easy to deal with and gives explanations to what he is doing and tells you what he is going to do all the while treating you with respect. Thank you, John, for helping my Dad.
