Circumstances were grim, but the clinic was extremely caring, friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We appreciate the offer of euthanasia even when our cat passed before we arrived, and they were very caring while deciding what to do once we arrived with him. Thank you.

Ive been a client of Grand Valley Animal Clinic for many years and they've given my pets adequate care. This time the experience was awful. I know they get very busy but still it was awful. I took my old girl for end of life care. It felt like I was a bother. The vet came in gave her a shot and walked out. My dog had a seizure and started crying/yelping loudly and her bladder emptied as I rushed her to the front so the doctor could help her. She came in and gave her another shot and that helped. I know about compassionate end of life care and this wasn't it. Bad experience. I hope you treat your other clients better than you did me and poor dog.

They are always to helpful and understanding! I have a big dog who can easily pull you where he wants. They have always made sure that the front desk is clear when we come out, and when I have my little one they offered to help in anyway they could. Would recommend to anyone!
