Happy with the service call on Tuesday April 8th although was not aware he was coming today. I called Monday to make an appointment and I said Tuesday I would not be home but would be available all day Wednesday or Thursday. No phone call ahead of time to advise he was coming .. I just got home after 4 and shortly after he pulled up.

My landlord chose Brandon heating and plumbing because of the service they provide. They installed new shower head, shower valve that leaked like crazy and faucet. Hot water tank as well was replaced since the old tank was a few years over it's warranty and showing signs of age. All in all very fast service and the following day they reached out asking how things were doing. We had a small leak and they sent out a tech the same day and problem fixed. Thanks Brandon heating and plumbing for a job well done!
Oh and the guys cleaned up after the repairs which was great unlike other companies out there that just stained the carpet and just left a huge... read full review
