“Our washing machine wasn't draining the water properly and would leak water out the side of it (so we thought). We called Ron's appliance and they sent a tech over a few days later to look at it. The tech found a faulty water level switch so they ordered one in for us. It took a month for it to get here but once it arrived they installed it.The install of the part was on a Friday. By that Sunday, the washer was still not draining and water was leaking just as before.The tech came back a few days later and discovered that the tub seal was leaking. After this diagnosis he said they would have to check if any replacement parts were available.After the tech left we were disappointed in spending money on the washer to only find it had more problems. We decided to buy a new one so we wouldn't have to worry about it anymore.We just recieved a call from Ron's appliance today to follow up with the repair. They were very understanding of our frustration and we came to an agreement over the phone which they honored.Even though our result wasn't what we were hoping, dealing with Ron's Appliance was very pleasant.We would highly recommend them for appliance repair. We will be using them in the future.“
