Very friendly when making a request for service. Service technician was quick and repair was done satisfactory manner. Ken also supplied pertinent information for maintaining my AC unit. Thanks Ken. Will use Ventrix again (hopefully not).
Everytime i come in, i get good service and my goals are met. I did have a problem one time when i wanted a call back from a technician but he was sent to my location which i didnt need. Im not sure if i was charged for the service as it was for my workplace. Overall i cant complain.
