We can not express just how amazing the entire team is at SK2 from the first email inquiry to the planning, construction, designing, delivery, placing, and follow up all through shut down of boarders during COVID 19!!!!! We ended up having to trust each step of the way with never seeing any portion in person until it arrived. I’m a picky perfectionist so this was not easy for us but Kevin, Chris, Steve, Heather, and Steve were right there day or night to respond at a moments notice. The videos they sent us weekly were great comfort but when the house actually arrived in person our jaws dropped!!!! The house is more than we had hoped for, it turned out above and beyond our dreams! The amount of expert craftsmanship that these guys have and care of their work shows with every aspect. Our house is considered a modular but by ALL means this is a stick built home... our FOREVER home! ❤️💕 thank you is just doesn’t feel like enough. They are not just a business to ya they have become family & friends. 5stars and more.

SK2 built my big little home for me. At 960 square feet, it is small by today's standards, but the design makes it feel much larger. I'm the person who says, "gosh guys, I don't really know what I want, but here is a sketch on a napkin......". Kevin (with the assistance of ever so capable Alex), created a design which I could not have imagined, but which is exactly what I wanted. Steve turned that design into my home. Steve....he's "just the guy who makes it all happen". This company is special, and I believe unique, in that they take great care to build your home, and not just a house. They do beautiful custom work, and obviously enjoy it, but most importantly they do really good work. My home is rock solid, and the tradespeople who have worked on it have been very impressed by the quality of workmanship. I heartily encourage anyone considering building a home to talk with the folks at SK2. My personal experience could not have been better, and I could go on at great length about how thankful I am to have met Kevin and Steve. My life has truly been enriched. Many thanks!!

We are so incredibly thankful that friends of ours suggested we look into SK2 to build our house for us. Kevin, Steve and all of their employees go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with everything in your house. Both Kevin and Steve were always available to answer any of our questions or concerns and they were honest and forthcoming with any issues that came up in our build. They sent our RTM unfinished to avoid road bans and did everything to get us in our house as fast as they could. We're so appreciative of the time they (and all of their employees) spent out of province and away from their families for our build. We're forever grateful to them for building us our dream home!
