“Needed to find a new esthetician since I moved "over the bridge." I had a wonderful experience today. Much more than a facial. More like facial and mini massage - even a foot massage. Wonderful technique, product and outcome. I have had facials regularly for over 20 years and I would have to say this was probably the best. Olga is fabulous. Highly recommend her.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Donna. I had my first facial with her a month ago and immediately after the appointment my skin felt so much more soft and supple. There was no irritation or new infection after the visit and she provides so much helpful skincare advice that is catered to your skin-type. She resolved basically all of the problems that I had been having with my skin, even things that I thought were untreatable! To Donna, it is not about the money, it is all about being able to help people and that is very apparent in her work. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a facial or any other treatment.“

“I had the pleasure of seeing Kelly today for some facial waxing. I'm so happy that my daughter referred me to her. The environment at the Pampered Mermaid was very relaxing. The decor and the sounds of water rolling onto the shore was very soothing. Everything was very clean. Being a clean freak that pleased me. Kelly is fun to talk with. She knows a lot about skin care and that's very important to me. The waxing itself was not as painful as some that I have gone to. And I was surprised to see how quickly the slight redness disappeared! Kelly uses a very nice moisturizer after the waxing. It made my skin glow! Very reasonably priced. I made an appointment to see her again for waxing and also for an anti-aging facial. I'll let you know how it goes but from what I have heard and read I am going to be a step away from Heaven while I'm there. Thank you Kelly ♥️“

“Being somewhat new to Cape Cod, I had not switched over to the Cape, my personal care services; ie; hair, facials and skin care products - but finally reached the point where going off-Cape was no longer efficient. I had seen a cut and style on someone I knew, who had great things to say about the Salon. Upon checking the Salon out, I also noticed many positive comments about both the Salon and the Spa as well. So, made my first hair appointment - and couldn't have been more pleased with both Jessica and Elizabeth. I also met Emily, the Esthetician at the Spa, who spent time sharing her expertise of the Salon's services and product line. I was very impressed! I followed up with my first appointment with her - and have to say, it was by far the most unique and most in depth Spa treatment that I had ever experienced and she stayed with me during the whole procedure (which was a first). My skin looked great - fresh and glowing. Emily is superb and very knowledgeable in what she does and very caring about her clients - she goes above and beyond. Facials with Emily will become a regular time of pampering for me - it was such a wonderful experience and, of course, is very good for the skin, health-wise.“

“Karen does my boyfriend and I’s brows, and she always does an amazing job! Best on the Cape. Glaucia does my hair and she’s so sweet and does an incredible job! They’re both mind readers! They get your vibe and know how to give you exactly what you ask for! Highly recommend going here if you’re new to the Cape, to save yourself the heart ache of going somewhere else. The facility is so clean, and well put together, and the receptionist is always super accommodating and nice. There’s a been a couple times when we were 5-10 minutes late because we drive there from Wellfleet, and traffic can be unpredictable, but she never makes us feel rushed or inconvenient. Really grateful they exist out on Cape Cod!“
