Thanks Murphy’s! Noticed my second floor AC wasn’t working yesterday evening. Emailed last night, call back by 845 am the next morning, Out to the house by 3 pm, problem discovered, fixed, and back to cooling during this first heat wave of the season. So great. Affable, helpful, knowledgeable at same time training a guy named Cleve or Clive. I feel confident we solved the problem. If not I’ll call him at 4am on a frigid January day.
Jason quickly discovered that we need a new fan motor. He tried to get it started even just for a little bit so that we might have some AC today, but it wasn’t possible. I do appreciate his efforts. The fan motor will be ordered and installed once it comes in. I’m very happy with Jason‘s job.
