Yuan in Totem lake is so great! Not only are the facilities amazing. The staff are accommodating and understanding. Dani was a wonderful recourse to us when we booked appointments. When we came across a hiccup with our booking, they also were able to investigate and follow up with us to ensure everything was okay. Really great customer service and overall a wonderful experience.

Remember to tip these girls, they work hard. They gave me an excellent massage regardless, the only reason why I give it 4 stars is because I believe if someone decides to spend their last few dollars due to an establishments excellent service, that business should be grateful instead of asking for more.

The person I got gave me an excellent massage,walked in with back pain and she was very thorough with the deep tissue message with just the right amount of pressure.Made my day and I will definitely be coming back again soon.
