They were responsive to my questions, and offered constructive feedback to ensure the page met all of my business needs. They were even able to integrate a plug-in to the electronic health record I use, so clients are able to log in from my site as well as the health record's site. Mason was a pleasure to work with, and the developers provided a product I find well worth the price tag.
