I am dissapointed. I should have checked my suit jackets there on the spot. I picked them up last week on Friday and just decided to get them ready now and I find my jackets are not clean and smell as bad as when I took them in. My Jackets were not even ironed! Which totally shocked me. It's like I took them in, paid and picked up what I dropped off! I have noticed a decline in their work but decided to try again. A Very poor job this time around which makes me decide to not bring my clothes there anymore. Its too bad. The owner is a nice man. I had 2 full suits, 1 jacket, and 2 shirts dry cleaned here. The pressing looked good, but they didnt look any cleaner than when they went in. Im not sure if they got cleaned at all.I also sent my 3 jackets in on nice hangers, and they returned on cheap broken hangers. Maybe I should have known better, but it was pretty disappointing. The ones they gave me can barely hold them.Service was still done on time. Prices were high for the quality of work. I won't be coming back.

My daughter's ROTC uniform came out great, however, her shirt was not ready when promised. Uniform was needed for Monday morning for/by 7a.m. and was promised by 3:30p.m. Sat. They did not have her shirt ready for some reason & I was asked if I could come back Monday to pick it up; I said I could not wait until Monday! I had to make another trip back on Sunday which the business is normally closed (I did appreciate that they accommodated me due to their mistake) but it cost $39.50 and they did not even take the cost of the shirt off or ANY percentage even when I asked...I personally thought this was a poor business decision and as a coustomer I was disappointed.
