I can’t express how truly grateful I am to the entire staff that treated me this week in the cardio unit at UMass. The care I received was outstanding, everyone was kind, compassionate and most importantly, they were ultimately professional.Thank you, thank you, thank you! You saved my life.
O am wondering why the plan for Mass General to open a facility on Westborough was shot down We need more docs on his area even if you have a doc at umass, you rarely get to see them. And perhaps the quality of care would increase with Mass General taking patients to away from UMass Seriously umass does not have the capacity to serve all the patients to in this area and completion from a top notch hospital group like Mass General might force Umass to correct the things that bother their patients- getting an apppontment and top notch care
yes, it takes a long time. there are many people who need their attention and they do their best - a big juggling act. every individual we encountered during our long wait was pleasant and helpful from Kelly the visitor check in gal to Allen, the valet to Megan the nurse on the neuro floor. thank you all for taking such good care of my mom and me!!
