I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My husband’s iPhone died completely without a backup and he lost precious data, including pictures going back years. The Apple Store and AT&T would not entertain fixing the phone, they just wanted us to pay a large replacement fee and give us a “new” (refurbished) phone. But that wouldn’t recover his data. So, I looked for a local repair shop where someone might actually dedicate time to trying to fix the phone or at least get it to turn on for a backup.

The treatment and professionalism was beyond excellence! I received great service and they solved the problem that my cell phone had! The prices are incomparable and the promptness of the service unmatched!?? I have no doubt about taking any of my equipment again because I know it is the best place in Worcester and its surroundings!!!

Went here to get my screen fixed after I dropped my phone. Not only was it priced better than other places but they were very nice and helped me pick out a great case for future drops. Would recommend going here.
