“Tip Top Roofing was great from start to finish on my job. My sales rep Ken arrived on time for our appointment (other companies were late or no shows). Provided a fair quote and walked me through the different options they offer, he didn’t try to force me to the best option they offer, but I decided to go for it for the extended warranty and minimal price increase. As I have an upcoming solar install, I also needed them to commit to installing the room before the end of August which they promised and did!

The roof itself only took a day, with their hardworking crew, and the clean up was fantastic, I haven’t found any nails or anything in the couple of weeks since they finished. I had one very minor issue with how the J-channel on my trim was reinstalled which they sent a crew over to take care of within a couple of days.

Overall, after trying to find a roofer for a few weeks I was comfortable with, I’m happy I waited to find TipTop and that I went with them.“

“our house had never had gutters in its 170 years. Water was getting in the basement and we knew that it was time to take action. Our roofing contractor recommended Golden Gutter to us and they came out and gave a detailed estimate after meeting with me. We also added a chimney cap to keep out the critters.They stay in good contact leading up to construction via text messages and calls, and work with you to make sure the dates are good. In our case we were having the roof replaced so they delayed their install until the roofing was completed. The timing worked out perfectly and despite a tricky eave condition which added challenge to the gutter installation, the gutter/downspout crew got the whole house done in less than a day. Everything looks great and we are eagerly awaiting a rainstorm to really see the benefits of our new gutters!“
