Regional Home Care had my cpap machine ready for me less than a week after my doctor ordered it! Jodie in Worcester was extremely helpful and friendly when teaching me about my machine. First night tonight, I feel ready!
I recently saw Jodi for a mask fitting, she’s an absolute delight. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in & her listening to me about my concerns of why I wanted(needed)a new mask. I would recommend Jodi to anyone.
Exceptional service provided by Regional Home Care! I believe the gentleman who came to my home was Greg & he arrived promptly (even a little early, which was convenient for me!) & I found him to be very friendly, professional & informative about my BiPap machine that he delivered. He took the time to explain everything in detail about the equipment & did not make me feel rushed at all, or left with any unanswered questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly. I would definitely recommend this man & this company! Very positive appointment & very satisfied customer.
