Very honest and professional, the team did a great job and worked very hard doing a new boiler and hot water tank install, also helped with an unforeseen plumbing issue the same day. Rocky and his team genuinely care about the customer's needs and wellbeing. Highly recommend this company.
Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. Rocky and his team really worked with me to complete a very tight and complicated washer/dryer install. So happy with results! It wasn’t an easy job but he didn’t overcharge and made it work! This is why I’ve been a client of his for years!!
