I’ve been working out at this gym for about 5 months now and wanted to just share that the folks working here do an amazing job keeping the gym clean and are dedicated to the upkeep of the gym floor. Bathrooms are always clean as well as locker rooms. Im a black card holder and the other gyms I have been to have always been disappointing compared to Lincoln street, my home gym, customer service is also great here as well! Thanks for setting the bar high team at planet fitness Worcester!

There is ample weight machines, ellipticals, and treadmills. They also seem to have enough free weights for the typical crowd. I think they should have given more space and equipment to the 360 area as it could use more equipment and space for doing things like a hiit workout. It would be nice to have classes offered at this location as well. The Black card lounge is nice and doesn't have many people using it

I like this gym. used to be 24 hours during weekdays and now the hours changed which is unfortunate. I joined PF because of its hours now I am thinking about moving somewhere I can have access to the gym 24 hours
