I always have great in-shop experiences where they've been able to copy "weird" keys that no one else seems to be able to copy. And recently they sent Ken to our home to replace our garage door lock. He was friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job in what seemed like the blink of an eye! Highly recommended all around!

It is such a joy to find people who can fill an occasional need and do it well. As a home owner, They let me get from a three outer door key norm to a one key solution. I bought a new deadbolt and a new outer door knob. They had to be Schlage compatible to match the lock which came in my grrrrrrrrrr Renewal by Anderson front door. That is another story. Anyways they keyed both to the other lock. The locks are very nice and better than the traveling locksmith sold me when I bought the house. They were fast, reasonable, and courteous. If I were a commercial entity, I would not hesitate to give them all of my business. Oh, and their prices were very reasonable!

I was having trouble with my Gardall safe and tried to adjust it myself. Big Mistake because I locked myself out. I called Joseph's and was put in touch with Adam. Adam had good communication, was prompt and had me back in business for much less that I was quoted. The only way it could of been a better experience is if I called them before I attempted a repair!
