I contacted JM Appliance Service for a problem with a refrigerator not cooling to proper temperature. Jamie came to my home within 3 hours, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and set up a date/time to return to finish the repair. JM Appliance Service is, without a doubt, the best appliance service in the Worcester and surrounding Towns area. Professional, knowledgeable, timely, responsive, reasonable rates - I could go on and on but you get the idea. HIGHLY recommended and I will not hesitate to use and recommend JM Appliance Services again for any appliance Service or Maintenance. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

I live in Worcester Ma. Anyway, last week our Hotpoint washing machine suddenly stopped agitating the clothes during the wash cycle, and the spin cycle also stopped functioning. The dishwasher was purchased less than 3 years ago, so I felt it would be best to repair it, as long as it was affordable and practical to do so.
