My GPS mistakenly took me to a different location so I was unable to arrive for my appointment with Jacqueline on time. When I called to explain what had happened I was screamed at and I felt totally disrespected. I wasn't even offered another appointment. I was then subsequently charged the full price for no service. I fully understand that some professional businesses change 20% , 30% or even 50 % for a no show but being charged 100% for absolutely no service, unless you consider rudeness , unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy standard bearers for service these days – Well it's all just a little bit too much.
