I’ve been a customer of JJ Bafaro’s for many years for my residence and rental properties. Extremely pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of service. HVAC and plumbing technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional . They have a keen ability to identify problems and explain and implement solutions. I often recommend JJ Bafaro to friends and family and have always received positive feedback.

I highly recommend JJ Bafaro Inc. because they are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recently had to replace my hot water tank because it was leaking. The technician did some research on the serial number and found that it was still under warranty. I had a new tank installed the same day. We were thrilled that we did not have to pay for a new one. The other thing that stands out to me is how responsive they are when you call. Their customer service is excellent.
