I provided my information to file taxes in March. I called over three times and never received a call back. When I asked why it was never able to be completed, John stated it hasn’t been six months. Very unprofessional. I had gone to this man in the past and so has my family. My family will no longer be going here and I will be telling everyone I know how rude and unprofessional you are. In addition, I will be filling a complaint with the CFPB and the BBB. Stay aware and get more out of life with a professional!
