I waited a year to leave this review because I wanted to base it on multiple visits. I will start by saying that Elegance has provided, by far, the best piercing experiences I have ever had. I have been there probably 8 times in the last year, and it has never been anything but absolutely immaculate. Like, not even a singular speck of dust exists in this studio. If you prioritize and value cleanliness when choosing a piercing/tattoo studio, then this is most definitely the place for you. What a wonderful place to get piercings! I've been coming to Elegance for over 3yrs now and every time I come in I have a great experience. I’ve gotten a variety of piercing from my nose to conch, to helix piercings. No issues or infections afterwards. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, sanitary, and wide variety of jewelry options. What more can you want?!!! Keep it up. Thank you for all you do! Your hard work is appreciated and it shows. Can’t wait to come back and get a 7th piercing done by the staff (first 6 were done elsewhere, but never again). Always choose Elegance!!
I first found Elegance on a weekend when a piercing of my lobe was done wrong at another place, I was bleeding still weeks later, and they saw me within hours and helped me change out the hoop to a stud, gave me instructions to heal better, and Jay was kind and helpful. I’d been given a bad tattoo elsewhere as well and while I was there getting my piercing dealt with, I found out that Nick, who had previously done my first tattoo, was with Elegance now. He agreed to fix my badly done tattoo when it was healed, because I didn’t trust the place that did it to fix it correctly, and I have since been given 9 tattoos by him and he has fixed 2 done by others, in only a year and a half, so when I say I love this place and the truly kind staff that work here it is probably an understatement. I have very high anxiety and have never once felt uncomfortable here. I have loved every tattoo given to me here by Nick, and I’m a legitimately OCD nitpicky person. I would never go anywhere else besides this place. They truly deserve their 5 star reviews and awards, and that is a rare thing.
