I'm impressed!! The communication was excellent. I brought my truck in due to a vibration over 50 mph with my oversized tires. I got a call from the technician after his initial inspection of my tires and together we came up with a plan. They did a Road Force balance test, adjusted the tire and wheels and rebalanced my tires. I received a call a couple hours later from the service manager saying my truck was ready for pick up and that the technician thought the ride would be much better. I paid over the phone and picked up my truck after they closed. After driving my truck, the ride is almost as smooth as when I bought it. And to top it off, the owner called an hour after they closed to see if I was pleased with the service. As a once first time customer I'll definitely be back. Thanks Erik and team.
