I researched and visited several orthodontisits before deciding on Dr. Danko. I like that he has extensive experience in his field and that he was very thorough with his consultation. The reason his consultation isn't free is because he was the only orthodontist to take xrays and panoramic images of my kids teeth before making his consultation. All the other orthodontists said things they would likely do and said they would probably pull teeth, install mouth hardware devices, and put on braces for a couple years. How can they possibly consult on a recommended plan for anyone's dentition when they can't see below the gum line in the office without imaging? Clearly those consultations are just guesses. Dr Danko's approach is a lot more thorough, more well explained, and yet not as aggressive. When the others wanted to pull out my son's teeth and put on crazy devices and braces right away, Dr. Danko wanted to wait until he was a little older and just monitor his dentition until the time was right to take action. His approach is more gentle and I'm so glad we decided on him. Any orthodontist will take your money...don't you want one that isn't rushing you to hurry up and do all these crazy things (pull teeth - yikes!!)?
