JoAnn was absolutely amazing! I went in a little hesitant and nervous. She took the time to thoroughly explain the complete process including after care. Her hours are so flexible that I could do my treatments before or after work. She was kind and very professional! I can't recommend her enough. I will definitely use her for all my future services. I'm fairly new to using Advanced Precision for electrolysis, but JoAnn is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable from the start. She has been wonderful and I highly recommend her.

JoAnn is amazing! For the hairs that wouldn’t go away with laser she got rid of them with electrolysis. She is thorough and very knowledgeable! She is also very accommodating with schedules. I love that I can have my appointments before work!
