Lisa is great ... Listens to you and understands your style and then presents options for matching this versus that. I thought it would be an all day effort but she makes it so easy we're all done with all our choices in under 2 hours. Really knows her stuff and has a great vision.

We hired ALF flooring to replace our existing hard wood floors because they told us the existing floors would be too hard to fill in where there were gaps. The floor that they sold us was junk. We had discussed with their service rep that we had two large dogs and needed something very durable. We were assured that the floor we picked was a high quality hard wood. Within one day of the floor being put down, we had all sorts of scratches. The rep came out and even agreed. The flooring company says their not scratches, but "dents"....they're scratches. Worst level of communication and terrible professionalism by all parties. Owner(s) and staff. We had an entire brand new construction home installed with hardwood floors and is 100% defective. The floors move, buckle, make noises, grind, crack, shift, and are a complete travesty. We were told repeatedly for YEARS that the floors would be repaired! This company even had more flooring delivered to my home. This summer will be three years that we have been trying to remedy the situation.
