We have had a great experience with Terminix (Woburn office in MA) thus far. David Eeley was the Senior Inspector who did our inspection and was very thorough and informative. I appreciate his candor and clear recommendations on how to tackle our pest problem. After speaking with multiple contractors, we decided to work with Terminix based on our experience with David.Today we had our 1st visit with our local technician, Angelo Santiago, who was fantastic. He was punctual and informed us when he was on his way. We have used terminix for pest control and tick services and have never had issues. The one year we stopped all the bugs came back and we immediately needed to spray all entryways and windows. Our dog contracted a tick disease as well as Lyme while in Mississippi before he came to Massachusetts so we rely on terminix to remove and prevent ticks for his health. We have had no tick issues and are happy with the service!
