I have been using John and his crew for service and delivery for 25+ years. Recently they installed a new furnace to replace my 27 yr. old one. John explained exactly what would be installed, the timing and cost. They did a great job as usual. I have always felt that if I needed service at any time they would be there for me.

John and his guys are great! My husband and I have been using Suburban Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs for years. They are honest, reliable and professional. Recently we noticed condensation on the outside of our oil tank and called Suburban Heating and Cooling right away. John arrived first the thing the following morning to look at it. As it turns out, our oil tank needed to be replaced. They explained exactly what the job was going to entail and answered any questions we had. They did a great job as usual and the work was done in a timely manner and completed within a day. They always treat our home as if it was their own, leaving the work space clean and free of any mess. They have done a variety of work at our house over the years and we wouldn't use any other company, I would recommend them to anyone for any heating or cooling needs!
