Finally! It's like winning the lottery! After many, many different massage experiences I found someone who really knows what he is doing. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and Mihail went right to work with trigger point therapy along with massage and stretching. I was not looking for a relaxing spa like massage, but therapy, and I found it. He really knows so much about anatomy and where to find the problem areas. He is also not afraid to touch and find those pesky spots in areas that other therapists will not even approach (like pecs in the chest area or underarm for example) this is always done after checking with me and making sure it's ok. I never felt uncomfortable. I had multiple sessions and I'm slowly feeling an improvement. He also did cupping, a therapy where he applies suction cups to the skin for a few minutes. It is not a comfortable feeling, but afterwards, it was so much better, I had a whole new range of motion! Don't be afraid to give it a try. As many others said, he also gave me homework, exercises and stretches to do by myself. I would highly recommend Rosca Therapeutic Massage and the cost is worth way more than all the doctors that just want to give me injections. Thank you! 💪😊
