I recently had hopper windows installed in our basement and I'm very happy I went with Rite Window. Their staff all do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Edit: Both Carlo and Chris from Rite Window reached out to discuss my issue after my review posted. They listened to my concerns and promptly sent a specialist out who sealed the drain leak. The issue is now resolved.We had our bath and window installed by Rite Window over the spring. The days (and even hours) leading up to the installation was frustrating due to the lack of communication but we spoke to a manager who was able to listen to our concerns. Rite Windows' biggest selling point is their 50-year warranty. It's a good deal if you're happy with the product and the professionalism of their work crews, which unfortunately, over the course of several months and two visits, I was not.The installation happened in June 2023. The crew was friendly, but left out some of the plugs that covered up screw holes in the window and did not do a very consistent job of caulking.
