I read these Google reviews online after my appointment was booked, so I was nervous anticipating my first appointment. Let me just say, I am so glad I finally made an appointment. I was so pleased with Zumra M. and wished I made an appointment sooner. She was professional yet compassionate, understanding, great listener and willing to help me! I know everyone has their own experiences, but I couldn't have asked for better experience & I am so appreciative for the help!

I’ve had the greatest experiences with both my therapist and psychiatrist! Treatment unlike anywhere else and they are always going above and beyond for their patients. I adore Dr. Zumra and Francesca and would give them 10 stars if I could!! Amazing team!

The bad: The patient portal doesn't work most of the time and I don't know if it is even a thing anymore. My original Psych Geraldine who left the practice/office was not attentive, made many mistakes in my medical chart, and kept trying to say I self harm/cut in numerous appointments when I never said any such thing. She was not responsive to me reaching out for help quite a few times too. It was like she was reading off of a different patient's chart sometimes. With a different doctor I was also late to an early morning appt once because the doors were locked.
