I’ve called this place twice, reluctant to use because of the other review, but I was in a bind and required some hardware for a job- the first time I’d called the team was very helpful, I didn’t follow through because my job had gotten cancelled. I called them again in a similar situation today and once again service did not disappoint. Friendly and professional. I am picking up hardware as we speak and will use again.

We recently went looking for an industrial style door for our residence and Metalcraft really came through for us - they made the ordering process easy and the door they sent is perfect - great finish, strong, high quality. Definitely the place to go when you're looking for commercial grade doors.
