“Evald is the best! I was a very nervous driver when I first started taking lessons with Evald. But he was patient, straightforward and very knowledgeable. Most importantly he cared. He makes sure you are aware, confident and he very quickly can judge exactly what in your driving needs to improve and will make you practice those skills in different streets. I have passed my driving test and I am so grateful for his lessons. Thanks Evald, thanks Patience Driving School.“

“It’s true that Ed’s rates are higher (90 an hour), but you won’t get similar quality teaching anywhere else. Ed is very attentive and never looks at his phone while teaching you. He is very encouraging and nice, and my confidence in driving grew under his instruction. Thank you, Ed, for helping me pass my road test!“

Middlesex Driving Academy Driving Schools

“Down-to-earth, friendly, and geniunely caring. My daughter was so traumatized by another very well known driving school that she decided she never wanted to drive again! Mr. Smith and Ms. Panniello put my daughter at ease, relieved her of her anxieties and rebuilt her confidence. After only a few short weeks of lessons, my daughter passed her road test on the the very first try.

Midlesex Driving Academy treated my daughter and I like family. Mr. Smith is a genuine, kind-hearted, humorous and knowledgable instructor. He knew how to calm my daughter's nerves and get the best from her. I will always be grateful. This is the driving school you want for any age driver.“

Belmont Driving School Driving Schools

“I love this place. The best driving school I've had lessons at. Instructors are calm and really want you to learn. They explain things AMAZINGLY. in the 16 years I've been trying to get my license things finally made sense here. From how to adjust your side mirrors, to how far to look ahead, how the roads help you identify how far things are.I've wasted so much time and money at other schools. At my first lesson I needed practice since it had been a while, but I felt more confident because everyone was patient and wise.At other schools I've had instructors yell at me before or yell at other drivers, and overall stress me tf out.I chose Belmont Driving school because even over the phone they didn't stress me out when they answered. They were professional and calm.Need more driving schools like this.“

“The only thing I did not like was that they would occasionally show up late. Otherwise, they are right around my price range and they are very patient. I took my son there and they took care of everything. They put the test for him and they picked him up and took him there.“

“Luciano is one of the kindest and honest people I have ever met! Unless other driving schools he has a lot of integrity. He’s a dime in a dozen, always going above and beyond. He was super accommodating of my schedule despite how busy he was. For those who are trying to get a hold of him, it can be difficult at the beginning since he works all the time, but once you schedule time he is a fantastic instructor. My partner and I both went through him and passed the first time at the driving exam! Highly recommend“

“This driving school is the best. I learned to drive a little later in life, and had a lot of anxiety about being on the road. Kaz was a great instructor; he calmly explained what I needed to improve on and gave me actionable tips for passing the road test. After just a handful of lessons, I passed my road test on the first try! I can't thank this school enough for helping me get my license. Kudos to the entire JLW team for creating such a seamless experience from driving lessons to road test sponsorship. I especially appreciated the COVID precautions, including masks and wiping down the steering wheel between each driver.“

Shammah Driving School Driving Schools

“Shammah Driving School! -A work in progress business with honest results.

If your ability to speak and understand English is limited, you may need an interpreter for the road test. You may also need someone to help translate during lessons as well to get the most out of your instruction.

Lucien is the owner of the school and his two daughters, Alexa and Shammah run communications/scheduling. Lucien and Alexa are instructors and from what I've heard Cory is a very professional and informative instructor who will prepare anyone for their road test.

Lucien and Alexa are sponsors and either will be in the backseat of the vehicle for the test. The test car is a newer Camry so the gas and breaks are sensitive. Upon arrival at the test site, Alexa is welcoming, helpful and effective at calming everyone's nerves. She had informed us about what the examiner was paying particular attention to that day and what they were failing drivers for. Once in the vehicle remember what you've been taught and do exactly what you're told! I was nervous but with Alexa's encouragement I was able to stay in control and pass with minimal issue.

Here is why I couldn't give them a full five stars. I did about 9 hours of driving with their new instructor Michael. I wanted an instructor who was casual and wouldn't be hard on me about making mistakes. I've had some prior experience on the road but had never taken a class and wasn't sure what to expect. Michael and I got along well and was impressed by my ability to control the steering wheel and navigate around the streets of Cambridge.

He is patient, encouraging and instilled in me the confidence and easy-to-understand technique he had for parallel parking. He noticed I struggled to straighten the steering wheel out and had me do it until I got it right.

However, more often then not it became a frequent occurrence that if I didn't have his full attention because of parking he would either be taking calls or already on the phone when he was picking me up. I had to tell him I already knew my hand signals. Michael never bothered to ask me but it's the first question on the road test. The day of my road test folks ahead of me were failing before leaving the parking lot because of that. Michael’s weakness is that he never asked questions. If you want to know something specific about the test or how to do something with the car you'll have to ask him first.

I had sent in a road test request on the 9th of June and by the next week I was hoping for some sort of confirmation. I knew it would take a couple of weeks for the test to be scheduled, as per typical DMV fashion but a message saying my request was received would of been comforting. I called the school to ask if my request was received and Lucien was very short with me; his answers serving little help. I called again the following Monday (the 20th) and he kept saying I should of already received a date for my test and became frustrated with me when I said I had not.

Alexa communicates almost strictly through text and with hundreds of messages coming in from customers. This lead to a miscommunication between us and instead of having a week to prepare for my road test I had a little over 24 hours to schedule one more class.

In conclusion Shammah Driving School has the best intentions for their students and for locals of the area it is a very easy environment to learn in. Their organization, professionalism at times and pricing could be better.“
