“We are so happy we hired Raven to restore our old windows. The windows desperately needed the full treatment to bring them back to life. We had a lot of wood rot and decay, misalignment, loud sash weights, broken cords, etc. Now they function beautifully - sashes glide easily up and down, top and bottom rails line up so we can engage the locks, and they have all new weatherstripping. And now they look incredible too. The original wavy glass is lovely and one window with florentine glass sparkles like jewelry. We couldn't be more satisfied. This team works miracles.“

“RESCON saved the day when our kitchen sewer broke and flooded the basement with dirty water. I called them Sunday night and I was immediately impressed when their night manager Jeff answered the phone instead of having my call go to voicemail. He took down my information and made arrangements for a local plumber and a clean-up crew to come over on Monday.The cleaners came in their hazmat suits and scrubbed and washed every part of the basement where the dirty water had gone to, leaving the basement cleaner than it's ever been and smelling fresh.The plumber found that the sewer line was too corroded to be fixed and recommended replacing the whole length of it, which would require more time and the help of a mason because the sewer was under the concrete floor. Not being able to use the kitchen water for a few days would have been a major inconvenience, but the local RESCON manager Andrey connected me with a different plumber who installed a temporary above-the-ground bypass the next day. That was genius!I'm also grateful to RESCON project manager Makenzie who liaised with the contractors and the insurance company and made sure everything happened on time and that I was properly informed of all the steps in the process.I had a great experience and highly recommend RESCON to anyone looking for a one stop shopping solution to a plumbing emergency like mine!“

“We have an 1870's house in the historic part of Concord and all of the upstairs windows were original and needed a lot of TLC. Rather than replacing all of them (we could not use replacement windows, but would need to remove all of the window structures and do a complete replacement with wooden (2 over 2) windows to reflect what was there, we decided to look at window restorers. We found Kim Cleary last year and had his crew remove the windows, bring them back to the stop and rehab them completely in just under 6 weeks. They turned out beautiful and we are really happy with the results. We also noticed that the restored windows are so solid, that we are able to lower the temperature upstairs now, since the heat is not escaping thru them any longer. Just a great all around outcome. Highly recommended. Oh and the price was a bit more than using replacement windows, but would have been less if we completely replaced them with new custom windows.“
