My spinal curves have improved greatly, and I didn't need surgery. I started looking for treatment for my scoliosis at age 13, risser 4. I was able to reduce my treatment by doing exercises and wearing a brace. Wearing a brace can be really hard for outfits, but the way these braces are specially customized to fit you, it was easier to wear what I wanted.
