He suddenly stopped responding to our calls. Never finished the project. We had to work with city inspector and have him removed from our permit. We hired a new contractor. We found out he did not pay our electrician after a full days work. We did some research into public court records and found he had lost cases for similar issues. The last most active one had a court date in June of 2023. Do not trust or recommend.

The situation has escalated into a major criminal investigation. Several individuals have come forward, attesting that Bill left his job within the past week. This information has been verified by the baystate constable service, with whom I spoke today. Additionally, Bill absconded with a substantial deposit. Despite numerous attempts to contact him via phone calls, emails, and texts, I received no response for months. When I visited his office last week, I discovered that he had been evicted. I do not recommend new clients attempt to reach him, but for those currently experiencing the same problem, please contact me. I have informed the district attorney's office of this matter.

Bill stole over 50,000.00 from us and never answered when requesting our refunds, practically left us homeless and walked off the job, leaving us to figure out how to finish the remodel of our home. Never hire Bill, he has done it to multiple people in my neighborhood and he is a calm thief that will take any amount of money you have, lie to your face, and not feel an inclination of sympathy for you. He should be jailed for what he put us through and we are not alone in that instance. My family was out of the house almost a whole year while Bill took our money and most likely worked on other projects with it, until he was in over his head. This is just the beginning Bill, we didn't forget.
